Appointments are booked through Fresha. Availability, confirmations, changes and cancellations may also be subject to Fresha’s policies and platform rules.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to [π.χ. 24 hours] before the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to keep the schedule on time. In cases of repeated no-shows, we may refuse future bookings or require a different confirmation process.

You are responsible for informing us before your session about any conditions that may affect the safety or suitability of the service, including injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or sensitivities. All services are strictly professional. Erotic or sexual services of any kind are neither provided nor permitted. Any inappropriate requests may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of service.
